OUR TRUCK FLEET AND DELIVERY PROCEDURE: We have 1 x 7.5tn Truck that is about the size of a large bin lorry doing the daily deliveries. This holds between 14-16 trollies and loads are only planned once we have a full lorry load in each area.

Due to the vast area the lorry has to cover we don’t deliver to every area weekly just once we have a full load and unlike other delivery companies we are not able to work to required dates and times, but if you advise what week you want and then your delivery area will be scheduled in that week and a date will be provided by email from the Transport Manager advising the date and delivery address we are coming to.

We always try to deliver in the morning but sometimes due to traffic or distance you might get an afternoon delivery. The driver will contact you the day before in the afternoon once they are loaded to advise his estimated eta so you are aware in advance. The office will not have this time as the driver plans their own route.

Delivery to London is Every Thursday.

London deliveries-

We deliver Thursdays to London (cut off for final orders is the Tuesday before at 2pm). Delivery area is both North and South London (N, NW, W, E, SW & SE postcode areas)

Our truck is Euro 6 so can go into Central London when required on this day, congestion charge will be passed onto you.

Anywhere in London inside the M25 is charged at £45 (ex VAT) per trolley- Delivery charge is added to the invoice after delivery to ensure charged correctly on the number of trolleys used on the day. Delivery charge is not added to quotes.

drop off point in London-

For small orders (between 1-42, 3L plants) we can drop these at a collection point in Notting Hill. Please note: This is a working yard and drop-off point only. Plants MUST be picked up the same day as delivery. Customers may pick up their orders from 7:00am - 5pm. Plants left are at your own risk and will be re-collected the following week if still there. There is no aftercare for plants at the yard and clients are advised to take the weather into account. Address can be given in full if requested.

Drop-off point carriage charges:

Order value of £50.00 or less = £20.00 carriage
Order value of £50.01 - £100.00 = £25.00 carriage
Order value of £100.01 - £200.00 = £30.00 carriage
Orders over 42 plants or £200 will be direct to site only - as they are too large for drop off point

ALL prices quoted exclude VAT.

DeliverIES OUTSIDE OF LONDON

We deliver to the South of England and if further afield can go via Courier.

Deliveries at £40 (ex VAT) per trolley. Delivery charge is added to the invoice after delivery to ensure you are charged correctly on the number of trolleys used on the day. Delivery charge is not added to quotes.

We deliver to the following areas from Gloucester down to Dorset and all the way over to Brighton. Minimum order value for these direct deliveries is £300 excluding VAT and delivery charge.

For deliveries to the Isle of Wight, carriage is charged as a proportion of the ferry charge when we have a full load to cover the ferry cost.

for areas outside our delivery zone - Courier deliveries -

For locations outside our delivery area, we are happy to arrange delivery via courier at cost per trolley. There are a few things to bear in mind with a haulier delivery. You must have someone available to accept the delivery and would require a site contact mobile number. The driver is required to take the trollies back with them that day, they can not leave them. Delivery dates will be advised by the courier direct to the mobile number given for the delivery.

Couriers collect from us Wednesday and have to be booked the friday before the collection date. Courier orders placed after Friday might have to go the following week.

Courier delivery charge is added to the invoice after the delivery once head office know trolley count and fuel surcharge for that week. Delivery charge will not be added to quotes.

Orders come with complimentary free of charge delivery.

Collection from one of our nurseries

Collection is available for customers from any one of our three nurseries (click here for locations) free of charge. We do not offer collection on same day if you visit us. Orders must be sent to sales via email and collected minimum 48 hours after confirmation.
